Currant Gold Rush - (L. pimpinellifolium) This strain was a selection by a Dutch seedsman, chosen for its manageable growth habit and excellent heavy set of 1/4" fruits borne in trusses of 10-12. Plants do not drop fruit. Indeterminate, 75-80 days from transplant. More orange-gold than the yellow currant. All the currants are very sweet. Currants are also known as 'teaspoon' tomatoes because they are so small.
All tomato seeds offered here at eCrater are seeds I've grown and saved myself.
All packs of tomato seeds are weighed to 0.1 gm and contain aprox. 25 - 40 seeds, about double a store pack.
Get your seeds EARLY. Tomatoes need to be started 4-6 weeks before you want to plant them out.
I DO save ALL my tomato varieties myself. This is the same seed that I use for my market garden business. In the spring we sell plants for at least 300 varieties of tomatoes at the Farmer's Markets. We also plant out a good selection of the varieties for fresh tomatoes later at the markets. All my varieties have some specific great trait or 2 that makes them good varieties to grow.
I will combine S&H on any order. So please check out my other listings to see what else you might like.
I ship primarily to USA and Canada. I have sent some seeds to UK. If you know there is no problem importing "seeds" to your country, I will send them at your risk of losing them at customs.
I do NOT have the ability to get a "phytosanitary certificate" if your country requires it. Email me for S&H cost.
